I have been an experienced HypnoBirthing instructor since 2011 and enjoy sharing my knowledge with expectant mothers.
My motivation is to help women reconnect with their innate birthing abilities—an experience that engages all the senses and requires mental focus.

HypnoBirthing is a comprehensive childbirth preparation program.
Natural female anatomical abilities are explained and brought to the forefront of awareness.
A time to reconnect with primal feminine energies for childbirth, allowing women to feel empowered anew.
Natural trance states during childbirth are explained and practiced through self-hypnosis exercises, preparing women to utilize them during labor.
HypnoBirthing is a psychomental and somatic training program for a fear-free, self-determined birth powered by one’s own natural strength.

I don’t force the HypnoBirthing method on anyone.
I look at what the expectant mother and the couple’s dynamic bring to the table—and what we can work with.
As a body and hypnotherapist, I favor bodytalk: What is the body telling us? What does the psyche need, as reflected in the body through posture and breathing?
The mind gains knowledge, and so does the emotional body memory.
In this way, birth is not entirely unknown, but has been gently prepared for in advance.
I sense the people who come to me and listen closely.
Mental clarity and a simple path to self-hypnosis are important to me.
We practice a lot, and in doing so, I pay close attention to a harmonious relationship between body language (bodytalk), breathing, and vocal tone.
Childbirth requires intuition and the wonder of allowing oneself to be surprised by one’s own body.
The goal is to let nature’s power work in the mother and child, so that interventions are avoided whenever possible and the birthing woman can give birth to her child in peace, even in a “crowded hospital” or with a “long journey to the birthing center.”

We have always given birth. This natural power and ability is given to us women if we are allowed to do as we please.
If we follow the body with its signals, if we read, understand and follow the body, if the atmosphere around us is as we need it: protective, loving, affirming.
We have had this gift within us for thousands of years.
Birth is a gift – devotion to life.
No matter which place a woman chooses to experience her birth, these conditions of “letting ourselves be as we women want” can be created as well as possible in the external environment. If this is not the case, we create the internal environment with self-hypnosis. The brain is magical, it can do this.
The feeling of “being protected” doesn’t care whether it really is like that or “only the imagination”.
After all, the feeling is there in the imagination.
