Aims of the HypnoBirthing crashcourse and procedure
Before the practical part of the course begins, you will receive an email from me with a few questions about childbirth.
- This will allow me to familiarize myself with the topic in advance and prepare myself specifically for you.
- We will meet on the agreed date.
- I will focus on your needs and goals.
- You will feel much stronger mentally and know what you are doing.
With my You Tube channel you can continue practicing at home in a relaxed way with guided meditations.
